New NSDCA-MN Bylaws Approved

The National Society of the Colonial Dames of America in the State of Minnesota (NSCDA-MN) recently updated our Bylaws to conform with national standards. The updated Bylaws were then approved by the Board of Managers.

We are proud of the effort undertaken by key members of our Corporate Society to modernize the language and format of our Bylaws. This was an important milestone for us as a non-profit organization, to ensure that our governing documents are up to date and reflect our current state.
